Job summary

Qualifications

• 6 months of continuous work history in the last 12 months.
• 180 days (6 months) waiting period for former Tyson Foods team members.
• Max of two previous Tyson employments to be considered for hire.
• Applications considered from Washington, Benton, and Madison counties.

Responsibilities

• Operate machinery to keep production lines running smoothly and ensure proper ingredients are used.
• Monitor and adjust machine settings; notify supervisor if maintenance is needed while following Tyson policies.
• Ensure marination ingredients and temperatures meet specifications.
• Complete QA verifications and use handheld scanners to manage ingredient inventory.
• Communicate issues to Lead/Supervisor promptly and perform other duties as assigned.
• Maintain safe work environment and verify product, ingredients, and amounts for marination.
