Safe Harbor Marinas is seeking a Shuttle Driver to assist members with facility information, reservations, and payments. You will operate mid-size to high capacity vehicles and maintain logs, while delivering excellent customer service.

The role emphasizes safety, MARSEC compliance, and the ability to educate guests about local attractions. Schedule includes varying shifts Monday through Friday and weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Able to use 2-way radios and UHF radios.
• Able to multitask across devices and systems.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Willingness to adapt to varying guest needs and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate shuttle fleet vehicles and assist members.
• Prepare and update shuttle logs and incident reports.
• Educate customers about local attractions and facilities.
• Collaborate with departments to meet guest needs.
• Follow safety procedures and MARSEC standards.
• Assist with event setup and teardown as needed.
