Founders 3 Management Company and F3 Marina in Daytona Beach, FL seek a Maintenance Technician to support Halifax Marina. The role covers preventive maintenance, dock and marina systems, and customer service to vessel owners.

The typical schedule is 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, with weekends required. You will work with a team to keep docks, lighting, and safety gear in top condition, respond to service calls, assist boaters with docking, and uphold safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Experience in maintenance, repair, or related field.
• Knowledge of boat handling techniques and marina operations preferred.
• Proficiency in using hand and power tools for mechanical and electrical repairs.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsabilités

• Routine Maintenance, repairs and troubleshooting: Inspect and maintain the docks, piers, dock lighting, security systems and other marine structures; conduct preventive maintenance; assist groundskeepers with curb appeal; respond to service calls and emergencies.
• Boat Handling And Customer Service: Assist boat owners with docking, launching, and mooring vessels; ensure high level of customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
• Safety And Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols, conduct regular safety inspections, assist in emergency response procedures.
