Maricopa Water District is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform skilled and semi-skilled maintenance on marina facilities, equipment, and infrastructure. The role supports Pleasant Harbor by executing preventative maintenance and troubleshooting across multiple trades.

The ideal candidate is mechanically skilled, safety-focused, and capable of working across electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and structural systems with a focus on safe, efficient operations.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in maintenance, construction, or related trades.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative, corrective, and emergency maintenance on marina equipment and infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and structural systems.
• Perform general repairs involving pipe, concrete, and metal fabrication.
• Safely operate tools and equipment, including forklifts, cranes, boats, reach booms, and related machinery.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and functionality of marina facilities and surrounding areas.
• Follow safety policies and report hazards and risks.
