Responsibilities

• Inspect and troubleshoot equipment and systems (e.g. ventilation).
• Provide the highest level of customer and guest services, expedites any and all maintenance requests from management.
• Perform minor fixes such as repairing broken locks, filling gaps on walls and any other marina specific duties that are requested.
• Use hand tools and power tools in making minor maintenance repairs and maintaining grounds and walks.
