The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing marina facilities, ensuring the safety and satisfaction of boaters, and maintaining compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all marina activities including docking, mooring, and fueling operations.
• Ensure the safety and security of the marina, its vessels, and patrons.
• Manage slip rentals, reservations, and customer service inquiries.
• Maintain marina facilities and equipment, scheduling repairs and routine maintenance as needed.
• Enforce marina rules, regulations, and environmental policies.
• Coordinate with local authorities and emergency services as necessary.
• Prepare and maintain accurate records, reports, and logs related to marina operations.
• Assist with budgeting and financial management of marina resources.
• Train and supervise marina staff and seasonal employees.

Qualifications
