Advenco LLC at a local marina in San Diego is seeking friendly, customer-service oriented team members to help guests rent boats and enjoy marina services. You will greet customers, process rental agreements, explain safety rules, and ensure life jackets are available.

You will also assist with dock maintenance, merchandise, and daily records, while keeping docks clean and safe. The role requires weekend and holiday availability and comfort working outdoors in weather variations.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Friendly, dependable, and comfortable working with the public.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Ability to safely enter and exit docked watercraft.
• Availability to work weekends, holidays, and peak visitation periods.
• Willingness to learn and follow company procedures and watercraft safety guidelines.

Responsabilités

• Greet and assist customers with boat rentals and marina services.
• Complete boat rental agreements and process applicable fees.
• Explain safe watercraft operation and ensure guests have appropriate life jackets.
• Assist customers as rental boats return to the marina.
• Inspect, clean, refuel, and secure rental boats.
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized docks, boats, equipment, and marina facilities.
• Assist with retail merchandise, customer inquiries, and daily operational records.
• Report maintenance needs, safety concerns, and customer issues to management.
