Job summary

Equity Lifestyle Properties, Inc. in West Palm Beach, FL, seeks a Marina General Manager to oversee resources, staff and assets of the property, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and profitable operations.

Responsibilities include budget analysis, marketing collaboration, staff recruitment and training, and driving occupancy through events and quality service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5+ years of resort or property management experience, preferably in a large Marina.
• Experience in ancillary businesses such as golf, restaurant or rentals is helpful.
• Experience managing a team of at least 50 employees.
• Sales and/or marketing experience preferred.
• Ability to produce financials and budgets and drive revenues.
• Understanding of complex operational responsibilities.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and other financial systems.
• Valid driver’s license with good driving record and current auto insurance.

What You'll Do

The General Marina Manager is responsible the resources and assets of the property, including staff, buildings and more.

Experience & Skills You Need
