Responsibilities

• Assist GM in coordinating and onsite management of third party vendors for repair or construction projects.
• Conduct market research and compare costs when evaluating new vendors.
• Ensure quality control of construction projects.
• Perform handyman repair jobs independently or arrange for repairs when needed.
• Assist with managing other maintenance projects on the property.
• Performs other duties as assigned or required.
