Safe Harbor Marinas, LLC (SHM) is the world’s largest marina operator. We seek a Dockhand to support our marina team in serving boaters and guests at Fort Pierce, ensuring safe, clean docks and helpful customer service.

Requirements include a high school diploma, the ability to swim, and willingness to work overtime, weekends and holidays. Prior customer service is preferred; SHM offers a full benefits package and boating discounts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to swim and comfort around water.
• Willingness to work overtime, weekends, and holidays.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide SHM members with the best experience.
• Greet customers courteously and assist marina guests.
• Orient members to the marina facilities.
• Assist customers with general boating needs.
• Maintain and clean docks, restrooms, walkways, and grounds.
• Ensure docks and equipment are operational.
• Follow safety, OSHA, and environmental rules.
• Be available for overtime, weekends, and holidays.
• Other duties as assigned by Manager.
