Job summary

Southern Marinas is seeking a Project Coordinator to manage marina capital improvements and development, including financial analysis, budgeting, zoning reviews, and design/construction oversight. The role supports management across governmental approvals, market assessments, feasibility studies, and underwriting new development deals.

A bachelor's in construction management or engineering is preferred, with 3-5 years experience.
