Job summary

Robinhood is seeking a Middle Office Operations Margin Specialist to manage margin risk, resolve escalations, and support scalable processes. The role collaborates with clearing, engineering, product, and international teams to enhance the margin offering and maintain high standards.

You will monitor margin activity, review alerts, participate in on-call rotations, and contribute to SOP updates. This in-person role requires 3 days per week in our offices in NY/Denver/Chicago/Lake Mary.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Understanding of equities and option strategies.
• Proficient with data-driven tools and automation ideas.

Responsibilities

• Review daily margin calls and execute the margin sellout process.
• Coordinate recovery efforts to ensure timely reconciliation across entities.
• Leverage AI-enabled workflows to automate tasks and improve accuracy.
