Performance Food Group (New) is seeking a Margin Manager to maximize the company's profitability by overseeing gross margins and pricing strategies. You will interface with IT, Finance, Sales, Marketing, Procurement, and senior management to analyze costs, drive cost improvements, and optimize item costs and bid pricing.
The role requires 4–10 years in procurement, food sales or product costing within the foodservice industry and strong analytical and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Performance Foodservice, PFG's broadline distributor, maintains a unique relationship with a variety of local customers, including independent restaurants and hotels, healthcare facilities, schools, and quick-service eateries. A team of sales reps, chefs, consultants, and other experts builds close relationships with customers - providing advice on improving operations, menu development, product selection, and operational strategies. The Performance team delivers delicious food but also goes above and beyond to help independent restaurant owners achieve their dreams.
We Deliver the Goods:
Responsible for maximizing profits of the company. Interfaces heavily with internal staff including Information Technology, Finance, Sales, Marketing, Procurement, Warehouse Operations, Senior Management staff, corporate personnel, vendors and other PFG -Broadline OpCo Margin Managers. Effective communication skills with vendors, brokers, sales and purchasing departments, along with strong organizational and time management skills. Functions as a team member within the department and organization, as required, and performs any duty assigned to best serve the company.

High School Diploma or Equivalent Experience.
4-6 years' experience in procurement, food sales, marketing contract administration and/or product costing experience.
