Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Bachelor’s degree in music, education, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 1 year experience performing in high school or college groups.
• Minimum 1 year experience instructing in a band or music program.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the front ensemble for the marching band.
• Lead rehearsals and teach appropriate technique to students.
• Coordinate with band staff to manage logistics and ensure a safe, organized rehearsal and performance environment.
• Support fall band season with approximately 200 hours from Aug 2026 through Nov 2026.
