Job summary

You will handle merchandise, stock, and stockroom organization while supporting pricing changes, signage, and store layout as directed. Ideal candidates have strong communication and customer service skills, are organized, able to learn new technology, and can work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Previous stock or cashier experience preferred.
• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task.
• Ability to work standing for most of the shift and flexible schedule.
• Willingness to learn technology provided by the company.
• Experience with visual merchandising is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process merchandise and ensure proper storage, ticketing, and replenishment.
• Enter receiving documents and reconcile invoices.
• Assist with visual merchandising, signage, floorsets, and stockroom organization.
• Support MAPS customer service standards and omni-channel experience.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the stockroom.
• Adapt to brand variations as needed.
