Job summary

Chico’s FAS, Inc. in Bee Cave, TX is seeking a Support Associate to help maintain a customer- and product-focused sales environment. You will handle merchandise, stock processing, and stockroom organization to ensure smooth store operations and timely replenishment.

Responsibilities include processing receipts, store transfers, pricing updates, and assisting with visual merchandising and signage. A flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays is required to meet store objectives.

Qualifications

• Previous stock or cashier experience preferred.
• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to learn or adapt to technology provided by the company.

Responsibilities

• Processes merchandise, ensuring items are properly stored and located for replenishment.
• Reconciles merchandise invoices and completes store-to-store transfers and Locate requests.
• Coordinates pricing changes and markdowns; supports visual merchandising and signage.
• Models and promotes MAPS customer service standards.
• Promotes an inclusive, collaborative approach to problem solving.
