Job description

Are you looking for a full-time/long term opportunity with a great company? Are you passionate about learning and having a set schedule? Do you have previous welding experience? If so, we have the perfect position for you! We are currently hiring welders for a fast-paced manufacturing company in Fresno, CA!

Salary: $16 - $21 per hour
Shift: First
Work hours: 6 AM - 2:30 PM
Education: No Degree Required

Responsibilities

1. Placing multiple parts inside a welding table
2. Memorize the accurate placement of up to 30 different parts, place them in the required sequence, and ensure each piece is precisely placed to create high-quality frames
3. Complete visual check on every frame to ensure the robot is always producing quality welds
4. Balance delivering high quality with a fast pace to meet production expectations
5. Ensure replenishment of the part bins at the workstation to maintain high productivity
6. Calculate machine speed and feed ratios and the size and position of cuts
7. Stop machines to remove finished material or changing tooling, setup, or material placement, according to required machining sequences

Essential Functions

• Working in a smoke-free environment
• Wearing steel toe shoes
• Working in a non-temperature controlled environment
• Manual lifting up to 50lbs
• Standing for 8 hours at one time
• Working up to 5 hrs of overtime per week
