Job summary

Torrecid USA is seeking a motivated forklift operator to join our Nashville-area team. You will be responsible for stocking, packing, counting, loading and unloading, and maintaining a clean, safe work area.

You will operate, maintain and troubleshoot manufacturing equipment, perform preventative maintenance, and ensure product quality while meeting performance targets. The role requires teamwork, quick adaptation to shifting priorities, and basic computer use for reporting and systems.

Qualifications

• Experience operating a forklift and knowledge of forklift safety precautions.
• Comfortable working in a team environment as well as autonomously.
• Ability to think critically and proactively when solving problems.

Responsibilities

• Stocking, packing, counting, loading and unloading, housekeeping and safety.
• Complete work orders and requests promptly.
• Operate, maintain and clean manufacturing machinery and equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical/electrical issues.
• Perform routine preventative maintenance.
• Maintain quality and meet performance metrics in assigned areas.
