Job summary

Wisys is seeking a Manufacturing and Warehouse Solutions Consultant to deliver billable services including implementations, training, assessments, and tailored solutions for manufacturing and distribution customers. You will lead engagements from kickoff to go-live with strong project management and operational insight.

You will map warehouse product flows, design efficiency-enhancing solutions, and ensure accurate configuration and data.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field preferred.
2–3 years in a manufacturing environment with SAP Business One as ERP; SAP HANA a plus.
PMP or CAPM certification is a plus.
Proficiency with ERP systems and Microsoft Office 365; SQL, REST APIs, and process flow design are a plus.
Knowledge of manufacturing processes, lean/Six Sigma, supply chain and MRP, JIT, Kanban.
Travel open to multi-day on-site engagements across the U.S. and Canada; travel up to half of time.

Responsibilities

Service Delivery, Execution, and Project Management from walkthroughs to go-live, including training and timelines.
Manage customer relationships through implementation and go-live, coordinating with Sales for smooth handoffs.
Monitor customer satisfaction and address concerns to support retention and expand revenue.
