Job summary

Strong mechanical aptitude, ability to read SOPs, and good communication are required; candidates

Qualifications

• Performs monitoring, operation and troubleshooting of production equipment to meet customer specs and GMP/food safety requirements.
• Able to operate various manufacturing equipment in high-volume production environments.
• Must understand SOPs, SSOPs and basic operating procedures and follow them.
• Adjust machine components to match finished product specifications and load packaging materials.
• Carry out safety checks and cleanings, including washouts, as part of shift end routines.

Responsibilities

• Cross-train to run all production floor equipment to maintain workflow and safety.Operate equipment to support coverage needs and maintain quality standards.Troubleshoot during operation and address jams or malfunctions promptly.Inspect products for defects and remove non-conforming items.Assist with line crew management and shift handovers.Complete required reports and participate in safety/environmental incident investigations.
