You may fill in for Team Leader, operate on assembly lines, follow SOPs, inspect work, and report issues as part of a safety-conscious team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Multi-functionally skilled to perform any job assignment in the area.
• Strong understanding of the Production System.
• Ability to stand for duration of shift.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
• Ability to stoop, bend, squat, kneel, twist and reach.

Responsibilities

• Fill in for Team Leader as needed.
• Follow standard operating procedures on assembly lines.
• Inspect work and equipment according to instructions.
• Report equipment issues to Line or Group Leader.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Operate all processes efficiently and complete required checks.
• Actively participate in team and production activities.
• Demonstrate readiness to advance to Team Leader.
• Follow all policies and safety procedures in place.
• Completes any other related tasks as needed.
