Job summary

Accenture in the United States is seeking an experienced executive to lead greenfield manufacturing programs, guiding master planning, plant and process design, EPC coordination, factory IT/OT architecture, and operational readiness.

You will drive digital manufacturing and Industry 4.0 solutions, oversee multi‑partner delivery, mentor high‑performing teams, and shape capabilities, assets, and go‑to‑market offerings across Industry X and adjacent practices.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years executive leadership experience delivering greenfield manufacturing plants or large industrial facilities, ideally within consulting or professional services environments.
• Minimum 8 years of deep expertise across manufacturing engineering, capital projects, EPC management, and plant startup/ramp up.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor to C suite, operations, and engineering leaders, guiding greenfield projects from concept design through commissioning.
• Build and expand executive relationships across priority manufacturing accounts, driving sustained growth and value realization.
• Lead end to end greenfield manufacturing programs, including master planning, plant and process design, EPC coordination, factory IT/OT architecture, and operational readiness.
• Integrate engineering, supply chain, digital manufacturing, automation, and sustainability into a single transformation vision.
• Oversee complex, multi partner delivery ecosystems including EPC firms, OEMs, and technology partners.
• Champion digital manufacturing and Industry 4.0 solutions, including MES, digital twins, automation, data platforms, and advanced analytics, embedded into greenfield designs.
• Drive sustainability outcomes across energy efficiency, ESG compliance, and responsible manufacturing practices.
• Build, mentor, and inspire high performing engineering and manufacturing transformation teams across Industry X and adjacent practices.
• Contribute to capability development, reusable assets, and go to market offerings for Greenfield Manufacturing.
• Own financial performance, delivery excellence, and risk management across the portfolio.
• Travel may be required for this role.
