Job summary

The role involves delivering high-quality solutions, eliciting requirements, and building key client relationships across complex transformation programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience, including at least 3 years in management consulting at a top-tier firm.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Experience in requirements elicitation, analysis and documentation.
• Ability to lead projects and build strong client relationships.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively, including relocation to client sites.

Responsibilities

• Execute engagements at industrial manufacturing firms as part of complex change and transformation initiatives.
• Conduct interviews, workshops, and walkthroughs with SMEs to elicit requirements.
• Understand and map manufacturing and supply chain processes.
• Gather and analyze business requirements and design data maps.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on transformation programs.
• Manage end-to-end project execution and stakeholder communication.
• Support business development and proposals with market insights.
