Job summary

FII USA, Inc. is seeking a Multimedia Instructional Designer - Manufacturing Training to convert technical documentation and manufacturing processes into practical, engaging learning experiences.

You’ll join the Training & Development team in a manufacturing setting and collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Operations, trainers, and SMEs to develop instructional materials, media content, and assessments. You will plan and execute storyboards, facilitator guides, learner materials, and

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred in Education, Training and Development or related field.
• 2+ years in instructional design, technical training development, or multimedia production.
• Portfolio showing instructional scripts, storyboards, videos, job aids, assessments, or interactive content.
• Strong ability to translate complex technical topics into clear learning materials.

Responsibilities

• Manage training development projects from Requirements to deployment.
• Collaborate with SMEs, supervisors, and trainers to identify training needs and tasks.
• Develop measurable learning objectives, course outlines, lesson sequences, and assessments.
