Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, organizational development, or related field.
• Progressive training, learning and development experience in manufacturing.
• 3+ years in training or workforce development; 2+ years in leadership.
• Experience in a unionized manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and training systems.
• Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills.
• Authorized to work in the United States full-time.
• Willingness to work weekend rotations and off-hours.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the facility training strategy.
• Oversee training matrix, qualifications, and records.
• Lead onboarding and safety training for new hires.
• Ensure regulatory and OSHA/EPA/DOT compliance.
• Drive continuous improvement in training efficiency.
• Collaborate with safety, operations, and quality teams.
