Job summary

Mars UK is seeking a Technical Training Lead at the Temple, TX site to manage and execute the site training program across departments. The role involves developing training materials, coordinating with vendors, and delivering training sessions including Train the Trainer programs.

You will track participation, maintain records, and provide feedback to improve program effectiveness, while flexing to meet business needs and audits.

Qualifications

• Education: Associate degree or higher in HR, Adult Education, Business Management (or related field).
• 3 years of experience developing and delivering training in a manufacturing environment.
• Familiar with traditional and modern training methods including LMS, mentoring, coaching, on-the-job and e-learning.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain training records site-wide.
• Design and revise training programs and materials (videos, SOPs, e-learnings).
• Deliver training sessions and conduct Train the Trainer programs.
• Coordinate with external vendors for technical training.
• Present training materials to teams and individuals.
• Support site audits and ensure training records meet compliance.
