Qualifications

• Associate degree in Education, HR, Business Administration, Science, or related field; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum of two years coordinating/training in manufacturing; regulated industry desirable.
• Strong facilitation, presentation, organization, and written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with LMS and Microsoft Office; attention to detail and multitasking.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding, technical, refresher, and qualification training for manufacturing employees while minimizing disruption to operations.
• Manage employee training plans, curricula, and qualification requirements to stay current with job responsibilities and procedures.
• Administer the Learning Management System, including training assignments, completion tracking, and compliance reporting.
• Maintain audit-ready training records and ensure documentation standards are met.
• Verify training completion and competency before employees perform assigned work.
• Collaborate with supervisors and SMEs to develop training materials and assessments.
• Provide timely reports on training completion, certification status, overdue assignments, and compliance trends.
• Conduct periodic reviews and spot audits of training data and assist with corrective actions.
• Support internal and external audits by retrieving training documentation and responding to information requests.
• Promote continuous improvement by evaluating training effectiveness and updating content.
