Responsibilities

• Perform needs analysis through relationships with local leadership to identify training needs.
• Plan, implement, and evaluate learning interventions to achieve business objectives.
• Create engaging and challenging courseware and training materials.
• Implement solutions for classroom, e-learning, and on-the-job training.
• Coordinate apprenticeship programs, manufacturing training, safety compliance, and leadership development.
• Develop standardized training/apprenticeship metrics to evaluate training effectiveness.
