Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in education, industrial/manufacturing engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in training and development, preferably in manufacturing or automated environments.
• Experience designing and delivering technical, process, and safety training programs.
• Leadership experience in managing trainers or training programs preferred.
• Strong understanding of automated manufacturing, robotics, and assembly processes.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in creating training materials, SOPs, and visual aids.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to assess training effectiveness and implement improvements.
• Proficiency in LMS and computer systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver technical training for automated server assembly, including new equipment and robotics.
• Create and maintain curricula and materials for new hires, process changes, and equipment upgrades.
• Integrate SOPs, safety guidelines, and quality standards into all training programs.
• Ensure training compliance with OSHA and safety policies, track certifications and audits.
• Conduct hands-on and classroom training to ensure operational readiness.
• Track training metrics, completion rates, and competency assessments.
