Baxter in Batesville, IN is seeking a Manufacturing Electronics Test Technician to keep test equipment running safely and efficiently. You will perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot and repair equipment, and support production with timely issue resolution.

You will work with Manufacturing Test Engineers and cross-functional teams to improve reliability, reduce downtime, and ensure compliance with quality and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent technical experience in electronics or a related field.
• 3+ years supporting manufacturing test equipment or automated systems.
• Strong troubleshooting skills across electrical, mechanical, and electronic systems.
• Ability to read schematics, wiring diagrams and technical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair manufacturing test equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance and inspections.
• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and computer-based systems.
• Support production by quickly resolving equipment issues and minimizing downtime.
• Build, install, and validate new test systems.
• Calibrate equipment and assist with upgrades and process improvements.
• Maintain maintenance records and collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, and Maintenance teams.
