Job summary

Baxter Healthcare in Batesville, Indiana is seeking a Manufacturing Electronics Test Technician to maintain and repair test equipment, perform preventive maintenance, and troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and computer-based systems. You will collaborate with Manufacturing Test Engineers and other teams to keep devices compliant and reliable.

Ideal candidates have an associate degree in electronics and 3+ years in similar settings, with hands-on experience using meters and scopes.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent technical experience in Electronics, Engineering Technology, Computer Systems Technology, Industrial Technology, or related field.
• 3+ years supporting manufacturing test equipment, automated systems, or similar equipment.
• Strong troubleshooting skills in electrical, mechanical, and electronic systems.
• Ability to read schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation.
• Experience using tools such as multimeters and oscilloscopes.

As a Manufacturing Electronics Test Technician, you will help keep manufacturing test equipment running safely and efficiently. You will perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot and repair equipment, support production needs, and assist with the installation and validation of new test systems. Working closely with Manufacturing Test Engineers, you will help improve equipment reliability, reduce downtime, and ensure test systems meet quality and regulatory requirements.

Your Team

You will be part of the Manufacturing Testing team, a group focused on supporting and improving the test systems used throughout production. The team works closely with Manufacturing, Quality, Maintenance, and Engineering to solve technical issues, support new product and equipment launches, and drive continuous improvements. • Equipment validation and qualification activities.
• SAP, Agile PLM, or maintenance tracking systems.
• Test fixture builds, wiring, and cable assembly.

The estimated range is meant to reflect an anticipated salary range for the position. We may pay more or less than of the anticipated range based upon market data and other factors, all of which are subject to change.
