• Enhance test infrastructure efficiency and align DFx with product development goals.
• Guide quick resolution of manufacturing and testing issues affecting release schedules.
• Ensure alignment of test plans, tooling, fixtures, and methods with product timelines.
• Lead production process improvement projects with design, QA, and supplier teams.
• Develop budgets for manufacturing and test operations and secure VP approval.
