You will shape the long‑term roadmap for contract manufacturer test capability, automate processes, analyze data, and integrate AI-assisted inspection tools to meet release schedules and budgets.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years in mid–/high‑volume outsourced contract manufacturing and SMT environments.
• Strong leadership and team‑building capabilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and technical leadership for manufacturing and test engineering across hardware production lines.
• Oversee long‑term roadmap for Contract Manufacturer test capability, automation, test data analytics, networking, and remote monitoring infrastructure.
• Develop departmental operational maturity and align goals with corporate promises and industry best practices.
• Drive enhancements to test infrastructure efficiency and factory uptime; integrate DFM/DFTest with Product Development.
• Guide quick assessment and resolution of technical issues related to manufacturing processes, vendors, design margins, test limits, or product software.
