Job summary

Amphenol Borisch Technologies seeks an Engineering Manager to lead the Manufacturing and Test Engineering teams at the Mesa, AZ facility. You will guide process improvements, capital equipment planning, and LEAN practices to ensure high-quality, cost-efficient production.

You will collaborate with Operations, Quality and Planning to optimize manufacturability, drive DFX in design reviews, and ensure a smooth product transfer from engineering to production.

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering with advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum 8 years manufacturing engineering experience.
• Minimum 5 years New Product Introduction experience.
• Minimum 5 years leadership experience in manufacturing.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and coaching to Manufacturing & Test Engineering teams.
• Set objectives, schedules and priorities for the Engineering team.
• Plan resources for the Engineering team and optimize workflows.
• Drive lean manufacturing for new products and process improvements.
• Lead transition of new products from engineering to production.
