Job summary

Zoetis is seeking a Manufacturing Technician to support biologics production at the Charles City, Iowa facility. The weekend shift runs Saturday to Monday, 5:00 AM–5:30 PM in a regulated cleanroom environment.

You will perform aseptic processing, follow cGMPs and SOPs, set up and operate production equipment, and maintain accurate records while collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet daily manufacturing goals. PPE includes Tyvek gowns and respirators as required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to work in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures.
• Ability to communicate effectively and work successfully in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform aseptic processing in cleanroom and contamination control practices.
• Follow cGMPs, batch records and SOPs.
• Set up, operate, monitor, and tear down production equipment.
• Complete cGMP documentation and maintain records.
• Maintain inventory of materials and supplies for production activities.
• Follow site safety, quality, and financial procedures.
• Collaborate with team and cross-functional partners to meet daily manufacturing goals.
• Wear required cleanroom PPE, including Tyvek gowns and respiratory protection when required.
• Participate in continuous improvement activities and perform other duties as assigned.

What You'll Do

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods.
• Must be able to wear required PPE, including cleanroom garments (Tyvek gown) and respirators whenrequired.
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 25 pounds.
• Must be able tofrequentlyreach, bend, stoop, twist, push, pull, grip, and perform repetitive hand movements.
• Must be able to work in an environment at varying temperatures.
• Must be able to work 40 hours scheduled, with the ability to work overtime as needed.
