Zoetis in Lincoln, NE is seeking a Tank Sterilization technician to support ABI manufacturing, following cGMP practices. You will clean, assemble, and sterilize portable tanks and equipment, and assist with CIP/SIP operations while adhering to SOPs and MSDS guidelines.

The role is 1st shift, Monday–Friday, 6:30am–3:00pm, with overtime and possible weekend work; training and documentation are part of daily tasks. Zoetis offers robust benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

Position Summary

Candidate is expected to perform Tank Sterilization functions in Active Biological Ingredient (ABI) manufacturing area while using Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) techniques colleague will clean, assemble, and sterilize portable tanks and associated equipment. This position will support Media Prep, Bacterial, and Viral production. Colleague must demonstrate good housekeeping practices, assist with Clean In Place (CIP) and Steam In Place (SIP) operation as directed. Fill out process specific documents accurately and completely. Follow Standard Operating Procedures. Train and apply cGMP to assigned work as well as read and follow Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) guidelines.

Hours: 1st Shift, Monday - Friday 6:30am - 3:00pm. Overtime, weekend, and holidays may be required.

Position Responsibilities

Education and Experience

• High School Degree or equivalent required.
• College degree preferred.
• General understanding of microbiology and cGMP preferred.
