Job summary

Zoetis seeks a Manufacturing Technician to support biologics vaccine production at our Charles City facility. This weekend shift role runs Saturday to Monday, 5:00 AM to 5:30 PM and involves aseptic processing in a regulated cleanroom environment.

You will perform tasks per cGMPs, set up and operate production equipment, maintain documentation, and collaborate with a cross-functional team to ensure high-quality vaccines for animal health worldwide. PPE required, safety and quality are paramount.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to work in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures.
• Ability to communicate effectively and work in a team environment.
• Experience in GMP, cleanroom or regulated environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform aseptic processing activities following cleanroom procedures and contamination control practices.
• Set up, operate, monitor, and tear down production equipment.
• Complete cGMP documentation and maintain department records.
• Maintain inventory of materials and supplies for production activities.
• Follow site safety, quality, and financial procedures.
• Collaborate with team members and cross-functional partners to support daily manufacturing goals.
• Wear cleanroom PPE (Tyvek gowns, respirators when required).
• Participate in continuous improvement activities and perform other duties as assigned.
