Job summary

Zoetis in Charles City, IA is hiring a Manufacturing Technician to support vaccine production in the Tissue Culture Origin (TCO) department. The role involves aseptic processing, routine cGMP documentation, and operating production equipment in a cleanroom environment.

You will work a Tue-Fri schedule from 5:00 AM to 3:30 PM, join a safety‑conscious team, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives while ensuring production goals are met.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain inventory of materials and supplies for production activities.

• Collaborate with team members and cross-functional partners to support daily goals.
• Wear cleanroom PPE including Tyvek gowns and respirators when required.
• Participate in continuous improvement activities and perform other duties as assigned.

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods.
• Must be able to wear required PPE, including cleanroom garments (Tyvek gown) and respirators when required.
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 25 pounds.
• Must be able to frequently reach, bend, stoop, twist, push, pull, grip, and perform repetitive hand movements.
• Must be able to work in an environment at varying temperatures.
• Must be able to work 40 hours scheduled, with the ability to work overtime as needed.
