Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot manufacturing, assembly, wiring, testing, and equipment-related issues
- Support production operations involving turret press fabrication, press brake forming, tube bending, mechanical assembly, and electric wiring
- Create and maintain work instructions, process documentation, and standard work
- Support tooling, fixtures, test equipment, and production systems
- Assist with equipment improvements, new product introductions, and engineering changes
- Participate in Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement activities
- Work closely with Production, Engineering, Quality, and Maintenance teams to improve safety, quality, and productivity
Required Qualifications:
- Ability to work in a manufacturing environment
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and work around production equipment
- Ability to safely perform light to moderate physical tasks
- Associate degree in Engineering Technology, Manufacturing Technology, Electrical Technology, or related field preferred. Equivalent technical or manufacturing experience will be considered.
- Experience in appliance manufacturing, HVAC equipment manufacturing, furnace, boiler or water heater manufacturing, electro-mechanical assembly, electrical wiring and schematic interpretation, industrial equipment manufacturing, sheet metal fabrication, industrial maintenance, or manufacturing engineering support
- Ability to read assembly drawings, wiring diagrams, and work instructions
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Microsoft Office and manufacturing software systems is a plus
