Responsibilities

  • Operate production systems to ensure proper manufacturing, testing, failure analysis and repair of products.
  • Coordinate production steps with the group leader or supervisor to meet targets.
  • Maintain cleanliness and safety in the workplace and perform end-of-shift cleanup.
  • Perform daily maintenance on assigned equipment and monitor stock levels of spare parts and consumables.
  • Record shift events and prepare required reports.
  • Maintain a positive, flexible and cooperative attitude to support production goals.
  • Wear required protective clothing and safety equipment.

Summary

The Manufacturing Technician ensures the proper operation of assigned production processes. Utilizing knowledge gained through training and hands on experience, they operate production systems and, when necessary, manage production equipment. The technician is responsible for accurately recording results, downtime, and other events during their shift, and actively participates in teams developing corrective actions. The technician supports and maintains engineering systems and IT tools across various production phases. They also assist in implementing new data recording systems or modifying existing infrastructures. As a member of the engineering team, the technician contributes to continuous improvement of production performance and full satisfaction of internal and external customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure proper manufacturing, handling, testing, failure analysis, and repair of products, striving for the highest quality standards.
  • Coordinate production steps, testing, and repair activities with the production group leader or supervisor to meet production targets.
  • Recognize the importance of internal and external customers and consistently work to deliver the best product and service.
  • Maintain cleanliness and order in the workplace to ensure safety, including end-of-shift cleanup and proper maintenance of equipment.
  • Perform daily maintenance on assigned equipment and monitor stock levels of spare parts and consumables.
  • Record relevant shift events and prepare required reports at the end of each shift.
  • Maintain a positive, flexible, and cooperative attitude to support production goals.
  • Wear required protective clothing and safety equipment (e.g., ESD garments, safety glasses, earplugs).
Basic Qualifications
  • Minimum one year of experience in a similar role or CNT production
  • Basic technical knowledge and aptitude for operating production equipment
  • Thorough understanding of production processes
  • Strong communication skills across all organizational levels
  • Organizational skills, reliability, and ability to delegate
  • Ability to prioritize and make decisions
  • Willingness to work shifts and perform overtime
  • Positive attitude and adaptability to temporary roles as needed
  • Team-oriented and fit for shift workPreferred Qualifications
    • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering (preferred)
    • Experience with SAP (BOM management preferred)
