Position Overview:

As part of the talented Outboard Engine Build team, you will perform a variety of manufacturing assembly related processes pertaining to Outboard Engine assembly to meet the production schedule.

Essential Functions:
  • Perform assembly activities as required via trained procedures and/or work instructions
  • Perform repetitive processes to meet production needs
  • Prepping Long block assembly capability
  • Dress / ancillary component assembly capability
  • Disassemble and reassemble mechanical systems correctly
  • Engine assembly experience
  • Gear set assembly, transmission and automotive differential experience
  • Use various assembly tools & measuring devices
  • Perform activities safely and with quality consciousness
  • Attend meetings and training as required
  • Maintain a clean and safe work area in accordance with procedures and safety rules
Required Qualifications:
  • Strong work ethic, positive attitude, adaptable, responsible, high integrity, self-motivated
  • Strong mechanical skills and problem solving abilities
  • Ability to work independently without supervision
  • Quality mindset and effective communication skills
  • High School diploma or equivalent
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 2-year technical school training
  • 1-5 years of related experience
  • Knowledge of LSS, ISO, & safety methodologies
Working Conditions:
  • 1st shift – 5:30am-2:00pm
  • Lift up to 30lbs, occasional sitting, squatting, stooping, crouching, frequent standing and walking
  • Use of personal protective equipment as required

The salary range is $36,900-$55,400 annually, with potential bonuses. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, paid vacation, 401k, HSA, and more.
