Job Summary

Coordinate tasks with other Manufacturing staff to fulfill customer boxbuild requirements while adhering to safety, quality, and customer specifications. Diagnose problems, interpret drawings and documentation.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1. Work under general supervision. Errors can cause moderate delay, expense, and disruption.
2. Assemble finished units per customer specifications. Coordinate with teammates for tasks requiring multiple team members.
3. Utilize manual and automated lifting devices, adhering to safety specifications. Communicate issues and coordinate corrective actions in cross-functional meetings.
4. Work overtime as required, respond to conflicting deadlines, changing priorities, and interruptions.
5. Organize and maintain spare parts inventory, order spare parts as needed.
6. Assist in maintaining 5S attributes in the area.
7. Keep track of spare parts inventory locations for efficient order fulfillment.
8. Perform preventive maintenance on area tooling according to schedules, ensuring audit compliance.
9. Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Qualifications

Knowledge Requirements

• Effectively present information and respond to questions from managers, clients, and the public.
• Define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw conclusions.
• Operate a personal computer with Windows OS and related software.
• Advanced PC skills, including familiarity with Jabil's software packages.
• Write simple correspondence; read and understand visual aids.
• Apply common sense to carry out instructions; deal with standardized situations.
• Read and comprehend instructions, memos, and short correspondence.
• Perform basic arithmetic operations and interpret graphs.
