Description

The Manufacturing Technician will perform all functions associated with Manufacturing process in one or more Operations departments.

Responsibilities:

1. Perform/lead Tier I Manufacturing tasks and become proficient in Tier II and III.
2. Adhere to GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices).
3. Maintain individual training for all manufacturing tasks; ensure training compliance and strict adherence to SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures).
4. Follow all Safety protocols and procedures in accordance with OSHA and corporate guidelines.
5. Perform all processing tasks in accordance with applicable regulatory and industry guidelines; operate in a highly regulated environment subject to regulatory inspections such as FDA, ISO, MDSAP.
6. Meet dependable performance expectations, e.g., accuracy/error rate, punctuality.
7. Meet communication and teamwork performance expectations.
8. Work with machinery and equipment; collaborate with Engineering to report and diagnose problems, and suggest improvements.
9. Assist with the execution of Validation and R&D studies as needed.
10. Assist in training technicians to perform manufacturing tasks in accordance with SOPs.
11. Perform additional manufacturing tasks in secondary Operations departments as needed.
