This position involves performing manufacturing functions in one or more operations departments.

Responsibilities

1. Perform and lead Tier I manufacturing tasks, with proficiency in Tier II and III.
2. Follow GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures).
3. Maintain training compliance for all manufacturing tasks.
4. Adhere to safety protocols in accordance with OSHA and company guidelines.
5. Perform processing tasks following regulatory and industry standards, including FDA, ISO, MDSAP inspections.
6. Ensure dependable performance in accuracy, punctuality, and teamwork.
7. Work with machinery and collaborate with engineering for troubleshooting and improvements.
8. Assist with validation and R&D studies as needed.
9. Train technicians in manufacturing tasks per SOPs.
10. Perform additional manufacturing tasks in secondary operations as required.
