• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted and perform repetitive assembly operations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and kit production materials for advanced molding processes according to standard operating procedures.
• Execute precise lay-up of molding materials onto specialized tooling.
• Set up, configure, and align tooling for hydraulic press machines and related automated systems.
• Safely operate manufacturing machinery, including hydraulic presses, autoclaves, and computerized cutting equipment.
• Perform visual and dimensional inspection on finished components to verify quality standards.
• Maintain detailed production records and actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
