Job Description

Performs ruggedized processes including bonding, lamination, underfill, masking/demasking of products to support coating room activities. Works within established procedures under general supervision, performing various electronic or electro-mechanical assembly operations on assemblies or sub-assemblies.

Essential Functions

• Experience with CCA conformal coating
• Masking/demasking parylene-coated CCAs
• Mechanical assembly skills
• CCA soldering experience
• Avionics manufacturing experience

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum of 4 years relevant experience or 2 years post-secondary/Associate's Degree with up to 2 years of related experience

Preferred Skills

• Excellent communication, technical writing, and presentation skills
