Location: Malabar, FL

Schedule: 4/10, 2nd Shift

Job Description

Responsible for performing a variety of electronic or electro-mechanical assembly operations on assemblies or sub-assemblies. Must interpret technical specifications, IPC standards, and related documents. Capable of identifying issues and collaborating with engineering for solutions. Performs wiring, component installation, hand soldering, and cable harnessing, ensuring work meets blueprint specifications. Supports multiple programs and provides on-the-job training to team members. Uses hand tools and microscopes to perform complex mechanical and electronic assembly, rework, and quality testing. Works with engineers on setup, calibration, and experimental procedures.
