Job summary

Bio-Techne seeks a Manufacturing Technician to operate automated equipment and document processes in a cGMP/ISO environment. Responsibilities include setup, changeovers, and minor repairs on equipment, while ensuring quality and productivity on a 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM shift.

The role requires strong English communication, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and a willingness to train new staff. This is a full-time on-site position at Bio-Techne facilities.

Qualifications

• High School or Associate's degree with 0+ years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor's degree with 0+ years of experience.
• Ability to work as part of a team and have positive communication.
• Must have strong oral and written English language skills and the ability to read and comprehend the English language.
• Able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
• Experience working in a cGMP/ISO facility a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate automated manufacturing equipment (filling, labeling, packaging).

• Record in-process quality inspections per the Device History Record.
• Assist in training of new and temporary hires in the Manufacturing Department.

Position Summary

The Manufacturing Technician is responsible for operating automated manufacturing equipment and completing all documentation according to cGMP/ISO standards. Provide written documentation of required data throughout the manufacturing operations in accordance with established SOPs, Work Instructions and cGMPs/ISO standards. Provide hands-on assistance as needed on equipment lines and manual pack lines.

Hours

6:00 AM to 2:30 PM, Monday to Friday

Responsibilities

• Primary operator of automated manufacturing equipment (filling, labeling, and packaging).
• Responsible for equipment setup, equipment changeovers, and equipment shutdown.
• Understand and repair minor mechanical issues with manufacturing equipment.
• Meet quality and productivity expectations.
• Perform and record in-process quality inspections per the Device History Record.
• Assist in training of new and temporary hires in the Manufacturing Department.
• Understand and follow appropriate standard operating procedures and work instructions
