Job summary

ASML US is seeking a Manufacturing Technician to build and test sub-systems of the ASML EUV Source. You will perform sub-system assembly, optical alignment, functional testing, and calibration, while supporting process development and quality improvements.

You’ll interact with engineers on special tests and document results. Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, 2+ years of hands-on experience with electronic/pneumatic tools, and the ability to read BOMs and work

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent is required.
Associate or AS degree in technical/scientific field preferred.
Minimum two years of experience; a Bachelor’s degree may reduce required experience.
Experience using electronic/pneumatic tools is required.
Able to read Bill of Materials, routing sheets, and work instructions.

Responsibilities

Assemble/install/remove sub-systems and conduct testing and troubleshooting.
Solder small wires under a microscope.
Train others on test processes when required.
Maintain safety and product quality through documentation and adherence to procedures.
Use specialized test equipment and analyze data to support production needs.
