  • Participate in process improvements, maintain floor stock inventory.
  • Independently execute and prioritize work to meet company deliverables.
  • Execute test procedures for component and system level testing maintenance.
  • Champion safety requirements in all designated zones and work locations.
  • Ensure lab equipment is maintained and calibrated.
  • Supports some preventative maintenance activities on test equipment and data acquisition systems.
  • Receive shipments and coordinate deliveries with recipients (Using pallet jacks, kit carts, etc).
  • Contribute to improving SOPs and safety procedures.

Key Job Responsibilities

Candidates must be 18 years or older with the ability to understand and adhere to all job requirements and safety guidelines.

The starting pay for this role in Washington State is up to $38.50/hour and employees are eligible for incremental raises based on tenure. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits are provided. This information is provided per the Washington State Pay Transparency Act. Base pay information is based on market location.

The starting pay for this position is listed below including the base pay rate plus the highest available shift differential which applies depending on the shift you select. As a total compensation company, you are eligible for additional earnings including overtime pay and performance bonuses. Final pay will be based on factors including shift selection and location. A day in the life: The MFG Technician III will identify process improvements to improve build efficiency. You will work closely with multiple engineering teams on both early hardware development and setting the stage for later production hardware manufacturing processes. The successful candidate thrives in a fast paced, start-up like environment and are able to apply their technical expertise, leadership skills and commitment to quality to positively impact team metrics and organization goals. Basic Qualifications
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • 3+ years experience in mechanical or electrical hardware assembly, test, and/or installation
  • Experience in the aerospace industry, automotive industry, medical device industry, aviation, military or other high-reliability operating / manufacturing environment
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with environmental testing - vibration, shock, thermal, EMI/EMC, etc.
  • Experience conducting structural, mechanical or electrical systems integration testing
  • Demonstrated ability to follow electromechanical test requirements
  • Experience working with FOD, ESD sensitive hardware and clean room requirements
  • Experience with forklifts, cranes and heavy equipment (including previous certifications)
  • A demonstrated ability in reading/understanding technical drawings, work instructions and standard operating procedures
  • Knowledge of electrical, optical and mechanical systems, antennas, functional testing and/or satellite components
  • Ability to use multiple types of precision measuring instruments
